Overview

Prashant Kalaver is a qualified Company Secretary with over 23 years of composite experience in providing professional services in the areas of internal audits & internal controls framework, enterprise risk management, fraud and forensics investigations, CFO & business advisory, accountancy outsourcing, compliance management and corporate secretarial services.

He has earlier worked with EY, Citibank, Sunlife, Axa and Aviva. He has handled many overseas engagements for clients in Europe, Middle East and South-East Asian geographies. Prashant was the Chief Audit Officer for Axa Life and Aviva Life Insurance in his previous stints and manged a diverse team across geographies.

He has served large and medium sized clients / companies across multiple sectors, key being Financial Services, manufacturing, Infrastructure & construction, Fintech and start-ups.
