Bijal is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking (CFIB), as well as Investment and Business Structuring. During his extensive professional journey, he has successfully established the Indian corporate finance business for a UK-based boutique CFIB company, pioneered new growth strategies, and fostered strong ties with clients, Global and Indian Private Equity funds, Venture funds, Special Situation Funds, NBFCs and Global banks, handled over 100 deals worth over $2.0 billion, spanning India, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He possesses vast expertise in business development, fund raising and M&A activities across several industries, including food & beverage, manufacturing, steel, textiles, media, mining, and real estate.
