Overview

Kartik is a CEO and Managing Partner of CLA Global Indus Value Consulting. Kartik has more than 25 years of work experience of which nearly 10 years has been as a Partner and of which 4 Years has been as a CEO. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Associate Company Secretary, Associate Chartered Management Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (USA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (USA), Certified Internal Auditor (USA). Kartik has been a Line Partner for Risk Advisory Practice and Forensic and Dispute Advisory Practice.

Kartik has been responsible for developing some of the Key Service Lines like DATE (Digital, Analytics, Technology, ERP), TAO (Transformation Automation and Outsourcing), Cyber Security, Forensics, Government and Public Sector Advisory and  Corporate Finance and Deals. Kartik has built scalable and mighty practices in each of the above areas.

Kartik has in past worked for the Big 4 Firms for a period of 9 Years at PwC and EY, of which around 3 years has been as a Senior Partner at PwC. He has also worked with BDO India for a period of 9 Years and with WPP Group in the US for a period of 3.5 Years. Kartik’s most recent project has been the development of Global Centre of Excellence for Advisory Service Lines for UK, US, Middle East and Africa Firms.

Kartik has also spearheaded large and complex engagements in the areas of Deals Advisory Services, Business and Technology Transformation, Business Restructuring Services and Forensic Services.
